Our Guarantee
We aim to supply plants and other goods of the highest quality, carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition. Should you be at all dissatisfied with their condition on arrival, please let us know within 14 days, and we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Trading Terms
PRICES
Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate.

PAYMENT
We accept payment for online orders by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) and Delta. Cards are debited when the order is first processed
DELIVERY
All orders are despatched promptly, normally 3-5 days from receipt of order, except for seasonal items such as plants where specific delivery times are stated against each variety on our website, and on an email order acknowledgement.
ALTERNATIVES
Occasionally, items become unobtainable due to crop failure, high demand or other reasons. In this event, we may send a carefully selected alternative or,
if this is not possible, a credit for amounts under £1.00, for use against future purchases. Refunds are made for higher amounts, or in any case on request. Should our alternative not prove acceptable, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will forward a refund to cover the cost of the item not available
ORDER QUERIES
An order acknowledgement will be enclosed with your order, or sent separately, depending on the product(s) ordered. In the event of a query it helps us if you can quote your Account Number as given on the acknowledgement. Please contact us on 01243 641044, by fax on 01243 641044 or email at sidleshamnursery@hotmail.co.uk. Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit should be referred to us, not the carriers involved. Wherever possible we will promptly replace damaged items, or failing that provide an appropriate refund.
COMPLAINTS
It is our aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and we will provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you advised about progress.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 3 working days of being received. You may telephone us on 01243 641044, fax 01243 641044 or email at sidleshamnursery@hotmail.co.uk. If you cancel before the goods have been despatched, we will refund your money in total within 30 days. If goods have been despatched, we ask that you contact us on 01243 641044 who will arrange for the return of same and a refund within 30 days .
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
At the moment we can not accept orders for the Republic of Ireland.
EXPORT ORDERS
We regret that we are unable to accept orders from customers for despatch outside the UK; Channel Islands or Irish Republic.
CARRIAGE AND PACKING
All plants and baskets - Our standard carriage charge of £3.45 minimum normally applies. But, for the Isles of Man, Wight and Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles plus the Scottish Highland and Island postcodes PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28, HS; we reserve the right to contact you and advise an additional charge. We are happy to quote for carriage of specific products to these areas - please contact us. Some very large items may not be available in all areas.
